Crochet Now Feature
I can’t believe I managed to keep this a secret for as long as I did! That’s a huge achievement in itself but now the cat’s out of the bag, I’m so glad I get to share this with you!
Crochet Now Magazine issue 65 features one of my designs! A new design just for this issue and I cannot wait to show you all.
My colour work corner to corner blanket is inspired by all things 90’s design! Me and my brother are 90’s kids and the memory of some very ‘funky’ duvet sets we once had are ingrained in our memories. To be able to channel this into a modern make was just a pure joy.
The ease of the corner to corner stitch gives this project all the calming feels and the colour blocks make for easy colour changes. This blanket is the perfect confident beginner project to introduce you to a big corner to corner project with colour changes.
TIP: This project requires yarn bobbins, why not tune into my YouTube channel next Tuesday for a quick tutorial on how to make your own!
I loved creating this make and working with Crochet Now and I cannot wait to hear what you think and see your makes! Crochet Now issue 65 is out now and I cannot urge you enough pick up your copy today. To find your nearest stockist, visit www.seymour.co.uk – or order online from www.craftstash.co.uk.
